We believe in full transparency—no hidden costs, no surprises, no unexpected charges. Most of our packages are all-inclusive, covering everything from accommodations to activities. Final pricing depends on the trip leader's preferences, but we tailer our services to fit your budget and always prioritize delivering exceptional value for every dollar invested. To ensure clarity, every traveler receives a detailed list of what’s included and excluded in their trip package; and should changes be required/approved by the trip leader, the travelers are kept informed.
Coordinating a group trip means working with a variety of suppliers—transportation, lodging, venues—each with its own cancellation and refund terms. As your departure date approaches, many of these refundable amounts may decrease or become non-refundable.
If your entire group needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll step in to advocate on your behalf, working with our partners to help recover as much of your investment as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable for individual cancellations. Throughout the payment process, portions of your payments become non-refundable, increasing as your departure date approaches. These terms are clearly outlined in our service agreement, which must be reviewed and signed during registration to ensure transparency and confidence in your travel investment.
For added peace of mind, we offer optional student group travel protection through a trusted provider, available during registration. We strongly recommend travel protection for all participants to help safeguard against unexpected changes or emergencies. Coverage details and policies may vary, so please review them carefully before enrolling to ensure they meet your needs.
Your safety is our highest priority. We’ve developed a comprehensive Crisis Prevention and Management Plan, supported by policies for background checks, a recommended code of conduct for both students and chaperones, and strict guidelines regarding drug and alcohol use.
To further ensure a secure and well-managed experience, we review hotel room layouts in advance, coordinate on-property security, and offer access to a GPS-enabled app that allows group leaders to monitor student locations throughout the trip. Every measure is thoughtfully designed to promote a safe, respectful, and worry-free travel experience.
